Therapy with me won’t feel like following a script or checklist. We’ll focus on what actually feels relevant and helpful in your day-to-day life. I integrate several evidence-based approaches depending on your goals.

Helps you clarify values and move toward meaningful change, even when things feel uncertain or painful.
Narrative Therapy
Explores how experiences shape the stories we carry about ourselves — and creates space to rewrite them.
Attachment-Based Therapy
Looks at how early relationships influence how we connect, protect ourselves, and respond to closeness.
