My Approach
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw from several approaches so we can tailor our work to your needs, your pace, and your story.
My work is grounded in trauma‑informed care, with integration of DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Parts work and attachment‑based approaches. I focus on safety, consent, and collaboration, recognizing that many clients come to therapy after experiences where their voice or autonomy was minimized.
