Cost

Currently, I am a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, and a session will be $120. Once I gain my complete registration, my fee will increase to $150. Sliding Scale available.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

DBT offers practical tools for managing intense emotions, building healthier relationships, and coping with stress without making things harder. I use DBT skills in a gentle, real-world way—so they fit into your life, not the other way around.

Attachment and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT focuses on building a life that matters to you, even when challenges or painful feelings show up. Together, we’ll explore what’s important to you and practice ways of moving toward it with compassion and flexibility.

Narrative Therapy

We are more than the problems we’ve faced. Narrative Therapy helps us untangle your story, separate your identity from the challenges you’ve experienced, and create new ways of seeing yourself that feel empowering and true.

Attachment Theory

Our earliest relationships shape how we connect with others—and ourselves. I use an attachment lens to help you understand your patterns, heal relational wounds, and create more secure, fulfilling connections.
